I recently had the pleasure of staying at La Casona De Palmira, and I can confidently say that it exceeded my high expectations in every way. The comfortable room boasted a stunning porthole window that offered breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains, making each moment spent indoors feel like a retreat into nature. The hotel's restaurant served remarkable meals, with the €20 three-course dinner providing exceptional value; the starters were particularly delightful, showcasing the region's culinary prowess. After long days of hiking along the picturesque Río Cares, I particularly enjoyed unwinding on the terrace, sipping local beers while soaking in the serene atmosphere of the garden. Lastly, I must commend the owners for their unwavering dedication and hospitality, evident in their hard work and warm interactions with guests, which truly elevated my experience at this charming, family-run establishment.
